I have only good things to say about my Michael's experience when shopping. Yesterday Kelsey at the Latham, NY store took the time to walk me through the online rewards sign up and explained the system more thoroughly than I had understood it. I find the staff to be courteous and if they can't answer a question about a product they get someone else who can. No one is a pro at all arts and crafts. I do wish rewards were based on ALL purchases and not just those featured in a given week. But at least they have some. As other comments have mentioned, upgrading amd simplifyibg3 the computer system would be helpful. Happy New Year

Today 1-5-21 I took a "special" puzzle in to the Old Carriage Ct. store in Shakopee. MN. Joellen gave me outstanding service as she has on numerous occasions and I think she should be commended for her customer service! Her work ethic and quality keep me coming back.. Thank her for me. I just had the nicest, most helpful checkout person I have ever experienced. Her name was Rebecca from Rochester, MN. She was very pleasant and went the extra mile to make sure we got all of our order and on sale! If tghere were 10 stars I'd give her 11!

What did you complainers expect?? The staff was pleasent and the products were priced reasonably. Get over yourselves and be appreciative for a change. Shame on you! Good job Michael's

Although I’m satisfied with my recent purchases, I wish Michael’s would just load coupons, etc directly to my card. I HATE standing at the register with customers behind me, searching for emails offering additional discounts, going through step after step every time I get a discount.
It’s almost 2021, get with the program. Your system is antiquated!

We had been searching everywhere for regular Christmas tree lights (not fairy lights) and we were running out of places to look, so we thought maybe we would try Michael's. One of the staff was very friendly and helped us find the lights amidst the huge amount of holiday stuff, and they actually had a decent amount left in stock (everywhere else we had been had none). The workers at the registers were quick and friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that the price was HALF what every other company was charging. It was an excellent experience and we were so grateful!

It is with great pleasure I write this review. This past week I was up in Rockland MA visiting a friend. Together we went to your store in Hanover MA. I see from the receipt, it is store #9856. While there were many pleasant customer reps in the aisles who were very helpful the best came at the end of our shopping adventure with our cashier, Anisah. What a fabulous customer rep she was ... friendly, company focused, professional, a fabulous multi tasker and just sweet. When asked if we could give her a tip, she thanked us profusely but said it was the store's policy that she could not accept one. Please, we ask of you, to let Anisah know that her special, over the top friendly service meant the world to us.

Had a wonderful experience at the Deer Springs North Las Vegas,Nevada location 12/5/2020.
I priced matched some items today and my transaction was a little complicated and it was very busy.
Sales associate “ George “ and Manager “Alejandra” was so helpful with explaining the policy and making sure my transaction was correct. They were extremely Friendly and expressed interest in my crafting project.
I love this location and will visit again soon!

I just left the Michaels Store at 808 6th Ave. and had a great customer experience. I purchased a Cameo Pro online via the Michaels website, but the machine didnt work properly, I was told that I could take it back to a brick and mortor store and get a full refund. Initially I went to another Michaels to get the return but had problems, they treated me like they didnt trust me, then I went to the store at 808 Columbus, the manager asked to see all my reciepts and checked the box to make sure all was there, then verified a few other things, then refunded my card in full including the shipping cost, I should have gotten her name, she was African-American about 5 feet 6 inches tall wearing glasses I think, she thorough but fair and did what it says should be done via info. on website.

I love shopping at Michaels for all my creative small business needs. They have great prices and sales all the time!

Having picked up my order yesterday, you just need to stop emailing me to pick it up. Everything else great.

There was a family of 3 NOT wearing masks. When I asked the cashier about it she said that Michael’s was not an imperative store and did not require masks. It will be a while before going back.
