"Helpful to Check Stock First"
I like to know what I’m walking into before I make a trip, so being able to see the stock online was really helpful. It saved me from driving to the store without knowing if they had what I needed.

"Yarn was actually in stock"
I checked Michaels before heading over and the yarn I wanted showed as in stock, which thankfully was true when I got there. Pickup was really easy, and I even got the email confirmation and receipt right away. No annoying out-of-stock surprise this time.

I checked out on michaels.com and my payment went through without any issues. I got the confirmation almost right away, which was nice. No weird errors, no retrying, none of those avoidable checkout headaches you run into on some other sites. Overall, it was smooth

I stopped in to grab some yarn and glue and was surprised by how quick the checkout was. There was only one person ahead of me, and the cashier kept everything moving without feeling rushed. It was really nice to get in and out so easily

"Craft Supply Heaven!"
I found all my craft stuff so fast, I was shocked. They had way more options than I expected, like, I went in needing a few things and suddenly felt like I’d discovered a treasure cave for crafters. I was way too excited over glue and paper, but no regrets!

I was just there recently, so that’s what’s fresh in my mind, and the store felt a little messy. Some aisles were cluttered and it took me longer than expected to find what I needed. It wasn’t terrible, though, I still got my shopping done.

"Helpful Customer Service and an Easy Fix"
I had a small issue with an online order from michaels, i was expecting it to turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth situations. But the customer service person was really helpful and got it fixed quickly, which was a nice surprise. They didn’t make it a big hassle at all, and I appreciated that. Little things like that make a difference, you know? Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d definitely order from them again

I ordered some craft supplies from a marketplace seller on Michaels, and it went better than I expected. I was a little hesitant since I hadn’t bought from that seller before, but they shipped the order right when they said they would.
The package showed up in good condition, and the tracking updates were easy to follow. I’d buy from them again, but if shipping or communication ever started getting sketchy, I’d probably just take my business somewhere else.

I had to update my email and password on my Michaels account, and it was smooth, well, I guess the verification email took a little longer than I wanted, but everything worked fine in the end.

I’m always a little worried I’m going to get fooled by deals that aren’t really deals, but this has been straightforward. The emails are easy to understand, the offers are actually useful, and I’ve ended up saving money without having to dig around too much

I had a good time making the wreath, and the teacher was really nice and helpful. That said, I did feel a little misled because the class wasn’t exactly what I thought it would be based on the description. Still a fun experience overall, just wish I’d had a clearer idea of what to expect.

"Super clean store, just be warned"
I stopped in to grab a few craft supplies the store was really clean. The aisles were easy to get through, the floors weren’t messy, and everything felt organized. Even the checkout area looked tidy. Fair warning though, it’s one of those places where everything is easy to find, so you might end up buying more than you planned. Overall, it was a nice visit.

From what I remember using it, the app does what it’s supposed to do, but it takes a little while to load. It’s not unusable or anything, just slower than I’d like. Overall, it works okay...

"Rewards that are actually worth using"
I’m tired of every store pushing some app or rewards thing at checkout, but Michaels is one of the few where I don’t mind it. I’m in there a lot for yarn and random craft supplies, and the vouchers actually show up faster than I expected. They’re easy to use too, which is a relief because I don’t have the patience for another complicated points system. It just saves me a few bucks here and there without making it a whole project. Happy with it...
